The conveyancing costs reflected may vary from time to time and we suggest that you contact our offices directly for an accurate quote. Disbursements vary with the nature of a transaction and the type of property to be transferred, and are reflected as an estimate only. The Disbursement estimate excludes the cost, if applicable, of a levy clearance certificate and/or home owners association consent. The Bond Cancellation Attorney tariff fee (for the seller’s account) ranges from R5 400 upwards depending on the financial institution involved and excludes all other bank disbursements.
