Our firm was founded by Paige Phillips as a sole practitioner in June 2022. Our aim is to build a diverse, motivated and dynamic team of professionals who are able to provide a hands-on approach to a variety of legal services.

Shanice Chetty

Shanice is a candidate attorney having earned her LLB from Varsity College in Westville. During her studies she was a member of the Juridical Society which aimed to seek justice for all, particularly those belonging to vulnerable groups. With a deep passion for the law and a commitment to serving others, Shanice strives to navigate complex legal challenges. She is focused on delivering effective solutions that meet the needs of each individual client. Her goal is to uphold the highest standards of legal practice while fostering meaningful relationships built on trust and integrity.

Melanie Potgieter

Melanie has over 20 years of conveyancing and bookkeeping experience and has worked with Paige for over five years. Throughout her career she has earned consistent praise for her attention to detail, organisational abilities, legal skills and personal demeanour. Her knowledge of the industry is extensive, her passion for helping client’s unparalleled and her ability to guide both buyer and seller through the property registration process is exemplary. Melanie is a most valued member of our team.

Paige Phillips

Paige completed her Bachelor of Commerce and LLB at Stellenbosch University after which she completed her articles at a boutique law firm in Cowies Hill. During her time there, Paige gained valuable experience in civil litigation, commercial disputes, contract and family law. She is also a qualified conveyancer and notary.
